Musical Journey Through Xinjiang

60-Minute Documentary (2011)

Two San Francisco Bay Area musicians, Chris and Kate, travel to China to discover the music and instruments of Xinjiang, China. They meet musicians of Xinjiang, tour the beautiful terrain, and eat Xinjiang cuisine. Chris and Kate create new musical compositions based on their experiences in Xinjiang which are shared with the viewing audience.
